My Self-Summary

My name is Nie Mingjue, post-war title Chìfēng-Zūn. Litteral translation, Honorable Red Blade. I am named such due to my trusted saber, Baxia, who shines a glorious red when bathed in the blood of my enemies. Although my saber is not here with me for some reason, I am still willing to stick true to my title.

Of course, such is only reserved for those I consider my enemies, as those who are good and stick to the honorable and righteous path in life are more than welcome within my company. Even those on a path to redemption, depending on its means and your previous transgressions, are more than allowed by my side.

I respect honesty, integrity, and a sense of well-meaning for everyone.

Before my time here, I was the leader of my clan in Qinghe Nie, a sect of trained cultivators who fought to protect the ordinary through our martial and cultivational capabilities. I pridefully represent my art and the history my family put into it.

Having been in a similar realm, I understand that not everyone knows about the cultivational arts. I am more than happy to explain, if not help educate, anyone who may be interested. Having helped raise my clan to one of the top positions within my home realm, I consider myself a strict but fair teacher who is happy to educate anyone willing to put their heart and effort into attaining such knowledge.

Upon my arrival here, I was betrothed and given to a wife, and my lover from my home world was also here. So, I am not here expecting any tight-knit relationships, as I do not wish to make anything more complicated than it needs to be. But I am more than willing to sexually aid anyone who may need help and is looked upon favorably.

That being said, I am not willingly playing this foolish game that so horrendously disgraces the sanctity of sexual relations and dual cultivation.

    My Future Plans

Truthfully, I am not sure.

I am content knowing that I have more time to my name. I have arrived here thinking my life was up not once, but twice now. I am grateful my lover Guangyao is here. I am thankful to see my younger brother Huaisang again. I am grateful for the mysteries of this place, which seem to have rid me of the resentful feelings that constantly plagued my mind.

But now that I have all that and no longer have others who rely upon my leadership, I am unsure what to do.

How do common people go about their lives without people relying on them?

    My Talents

I am a skilled warrior and cultivator. It is my life's work and craft of choice. Saber cultivation is my specialty, a unique art founded by my ancestors. With my dedication and patience, I have brought myself up to the level of one of the strongest cultivation leaders in all five realms.

I enjoy studying my family's history and classical literature, exercising, and practicing swordplay. I also take pride in my leadership capabilities, having run countless cross-sect events and helping lead and proven victorious in a war against a cultivation clan who sought to conquer all surrounding sects beneath them.

I am honest, out front with my intentions, and will never betray those I consider my friend or ally. I request that you do the same and that we may take steps to better the new world around us that we now share.

    Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and Food

I like books that pertain to history. Specifically in tactical warfare and martial history. But I also greatly respect ancestral stories and ones about politics and governing. I am quite experienced in the ancient texts and legends from my world and just as curious about the legends and history here.

I have not seen many movies, and from what I have seen of them back on the prison planet Reparacijia, I do not think I will ever be interested in them.

I am very picky about music and will not say why unless approached outright. So far, the only music I have encountered that I am willing to even humor is something that Reparacijia called "heavy metal."

I like all kinds of food but particularly enjoy meat-heavy plates. Coming from a long history of butchers, I enjoy studying the art and craftsmanship behind proper butchery and the meals that result from it. Although I am not too picky about food, I will be fussy about meat plates if they disgrace proper butchering and preparation methods. Indeed, nothing can be as wrong as the "loaf" on Reparacijia, but I dare not challenge that.

It should not be possible to fuck up meat that badly.

      My Ideal Partner

My ideal partner is Jin Guangyao if Jin Guanyao decided to stop being a menace with all of his scheming and rule-bending. He is learning, and I appreciate him for the effort. But there is still plenty of room to grow.

Nonetheless, I love him. He is my partner, and that will not change.
